You are just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter with its wide range of amenities, including restaurants, shops and bars. The property is ideally located for exploring Dartmoor National Park, with parts of the park accessible within 15 miles. The Devon coast, including the English Riviera (27 miles) at Torbay and the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site at Exmouth (13.5 miles), is well worth touring. As you enter the lodge from its terraced balcony, you ll find it difficult to turn away from the mesmerising countryside views. Inside, you ll be welcomed into the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining space, with its well equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge, microwave and sliding doors.
