Set in the village of Kilmington, a local pub and a farm shop with local produce are within 1 mile. Also nearby Axminster and Chard are well serviced with local amenities. Hop on a train from Axminster and travel further to Exeter to explore the City or you can drive south to the ever popular Jurassic Coast and visit the seaside towns of Beer, Seaton and Lyme Regis are all within a 7 mile drive. Step into this lovingly furnished cottage and you re welcomed by the spacious kitchen/dining area. This is a well equipped spot and is perfect for enjoying meals together around the wooden table. Moving into the lounge area, the large wood burner, Smart TV and comfortable sofas make it the ideal place to unwind. Moving up the stairs, you come to the two double bedrooms and a single bedroom.
