Various garden areas with outdoor seating, BBQ, hot tub and enclosed lawn with fire pit. Private parking for 2 cars. Shop and pub 1 mile, beach 10 miles. Please note: low ceilings in the lounge, porch doorways and double bedroom. Sleeps 5 1 (trundle bed in single bedroom).

Perfectly situated to explore both Cornish coastlines including the fishing villages of Mevagissey and Charlestown Harbour, the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Tregothnan, Trewithen, and Caerhays, all within 15 miles. Heading north, you'll find Newquay with its array of beaches and water sports galore. Enjoy a day at Newquay Zoo or Waterworld, which are also within 15 miles. With character throughout and tasteful interiors, this is a wonderful Cornish delight with a blend of old and contemporary comforts. Outside, you are spoilt with choice with three garden areas to unwind in including a patio terrace with seating and BBQ, and an enclosed and private hot tub to bubble away under the night sky.
