3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom. 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, and 1 separate WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine, freezer and microwave. Travel cot and highchair available. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Smart TV in the lounge. Garden with lawn set over 2 levels and a raised patio with furniture. Private Hot tub from June 2023. Local village play facilities. Private off road parking for 3 cars. Beach 8 miles, pub 2.5 miles, shops 4 miles. Please note due to the area the phone signal is intermittent.

Nearby Axminster and Chard are well serviced with local amenities, or you can travel 8 miles south to the ever popular Jurassic Coast. Surrounded by the Blackdown Hills and close to the East Devon AONB, the area is home to some spectacular countryside ideal for all manner of outdoor pursuits. Within 10 miles you will find the cobbled streets of Lyme Regis, Charmouth (famed for its fossils!), Seaton and Beer. Narrow country lanes bring you into the hamlet of Membury. A shared drive gives access to the private entrance into this detached property. External steps lead up and across the patio to the door. Once inside you are met with a cosy snug and the welcoming kitchen/diner on your left. From this room, there is a useful utility room and WC. Heading back across the snug you will find the inviting lounge, which has a wonderful fireplace with a wood burner and a Smart TV. A step down takes you into the sunroom overlooking the garden. Heading up the cottage style stairs you will find the three bedrooms, a king size, a double which is accessed from one side only and a bunk bedroom. and the bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. To the front of the cottage is a raised patio with furniture. There is a split level lawn leading from the sunroom with views over the surrounding countryside and a hot tub available from June 2023..
