3 bedrooms 1 king size, 2 super king size zip and links (which can be made into twins on request). 3 bathrooms 1 en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 2 en suite shower rooms with walk in showers and WC s. Double electric oven with induction hobs, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Smart TV s in lounge and all bedrooms. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Under floor heating throughout. Utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outdoor decking complete with woven cubed furniture and a BBQ. Travel cot and highchair available. Beach, shops, pubs and restaurants all within 2 miles. Private parking for 2 cars on the driveway directly beside lodge. On site facilities open all year round include a shared outdoor play area, games room, sports barn, tennis court, fitness suite, fishing and even a pitch n put course. On site facilities open solely between 28th March to 31st October include the Courtyard restaurant, The Farm Shop, Tractor Tours and The Lodge Takeaway.

With its impressive array of golden sandy beaches and an abundance of local amenities including pedalo hire for use down the canal, ten pin bowling, and the well renowned golf course, this escape truly does cover all tastes. The foodies amongst you are also well catered for with a fabulous array of local eateries too. Further afield is the mythical Tintagel, famed for the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, along with other historic fishing villages including Boscastle and Port Isaac which are within 30 miles. Upon arrival at this home which is situated on the second row of the complex, you will be wowed by the views across the coast. Step inside this glass fronted lodge where you will be drawn to the large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows that frame the sea view beyond. The lounge area is well furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and warming wood burner allowing you to cosy up and enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped providing everything you will need for a relaxing and stress free stay whilst the dining table also sits all guests with ease allowing you to wine, dine and share those special memories of the holiday with friends and family. Sandy beach days and muddy walks mean beach towels, wetsuits, welly boots and coats so at the entrance to each property is an additional utility room complete with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a coat and boot rack too. There are three spacious bedrooms on the back side of the lodge, the master bedroom provides a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms provide a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) and each have an en suite shower room. Furthermore, all bedrooms benefit from under floor heating, Smart TVs, ample clothing space and heated towel rails. Stepping outside the lodge via the sliding glass doors in the living area or main entrance will bring you onto a fabulous outdoor decking complete with woven cubed furniture and a BBQ to enjoy those summer evenings together.
