Enclosed garden with patio area, garden seating and charcoal BBQ. Off road parking for 2 vehicles. Beach 6.6 miles, shop 4.6 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Please note this property is beamed and in some places the head height is restricted. Sleeps 4 1 (single bed suitable for a child in king size bedroom).

Perfectly situated in between two popular destinations, 8.2 miles away is the seaside town of Sidmouth, known for its beautiful beaches which nestles beneath the majestic red cliffs. Lyme Regis is 14.7 miles away and well known for its fishing port on the world famous Cobb harbour. World Heritage coastline and South West Peninsular coastal paths are nearby ready to wander all year round. Enter the barn and kick off your shoes and to your left is the downstairs double bedroom, directly opposite the hallway is the family bathroom. Further along the hallway is the well equipped kitchen, and completing the downstairs is the open plan lounge/diner with a beautiful wood burner, Smart TV and cosy seating, it s the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring the beautiful area.
