Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV in the lounge and both bedrooms. Enclosed garden and gravelled area with garden furniture provided. Parking for 2 cars. Shops and pub 1 mile, beach 12 miles (Bacton). Please note the property is located on a working farm so children must be supervised, and dogs should be kept on a lead. Guests may get the opportunity to see newborn lambs (April May).

You enter this gorgeous barn conversion (newly renovated in 2022) and find it set all on one floor which features the living space in the middle and a bedroom at each end. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped offering you a real home away from home feel boasting everything the chef of the group needs to prepare a meal for any occasion including an oven, electric hob, microwave, fried with ice box, dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has enough seating for 4 guests. The living area is a comfortable space to all gather around the Smart TV and watch your favourite show or a good film.
