Lockable storage for bikes if required. Parking for up to 2 cars. Shop and cafes 4 miles, pub under a mile. Please note the stairs in the property are steep. Walkers and cyclists are spoilt with some brilliant bike tracks in Whinlatter Forest just 9 miles away and there are some fabulous walks from your door. Explore Sale Fell or Dubwath Silver Meadows Nature Reserve opposite Bassenthwaite Lake Station. For something more relaxing why not visit the Spa at the hotel just 50 yards from your front door! This pretty mid terrace property is the ideal place to relax with family and friends. As you walk in through the entrance into the hallway, you will find the kitchen directly off to your left. It is well equipped and has everything you need to rustle up a hearty breakfast or evening meal if you aren t tempted to head to the pub in the village! Along the hallway, you will find the spacious living/dining area, with great views across the fells and a pretty enclosed garden. The room opens onto a balcony which offers a great sunny spot to sit with a coffee or a good book! There is also a Smart TV to gather around and watch your favourite programmes or a good film. Head out of the living area and you will find yourself at the foot of the stairs, opposite the stairs there is a handy utility room with a washer/dryer and handy WC. Head up the staircase to the first floor, here you will find 3 bedrooms, the king size bedroom has dual windows with views over the garden and fells and an en suite bathroom. There is also a double room on this floor and a single bedroom with a pull out trundle bed if required. There is a family bathroom on this floor too. Head up the cottage stairs to the attic, this floor has very limited head space due to the eaves but it offers a great den area for younger children. There are games and a TV, great for a rainy day or evening. Outside the garden is a lovely place to relax with a lawn, balcony and patio area. At the bottom of the garden, there is a large summer house and there is also lockable storage for bikes and sports equipment..
