2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin zip and link bed (can be made up as a super king size on request). 1 bathrooms 1 upstairs bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 Jack & Jill en suite WC. Electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Launderette on site. Cot and highchair available. Wood burner (starter pack provided). TV in lounge and bedrooms with free view, Amazon Fire stick & DVD player. Launderette on site. Access to the shared indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, games room and outside play park swimming pool winter opening 30/10/22 10/02/23. The swimming pool, hot tub & sauna will be closed 30/10/22 10/02/22). There is a small charge for use of the sauna ( 1 for 20 minutes and hot tub ( 2 for 20 minutes). The beautiful garden has sun loungers, a patio area and allocated garden furniture and a BBQ. The complex is set in 7 acres of beautiful countryside. Parking available in the onsite car park. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 3.4 miles and beach within 5 mile. Dog friendly with dog exercise field, warm dog shower & unlimited dog towels.

Polruan a 2 mile walk offers a couple of great pubs to enjoy a Cornish lunch overlooking the harbour or a cream tea in the local cafe. Here you can take the passenger ferry and venture across to Fowey with its quaint streets full of boutique shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and take lunch on its quay overlooking the spectacular harbour. Further attractions include The Eden Project (13 miles), The Shipwreck Centre (15 miles)and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (21.5 miles). Enter this stunning cottage along its own pathway and into its own entrance. this reversed living cottage makes the most of the countryside views by offering an open plan lounge/diner which offers cosy seating for you to retreat to after a long day. Put your feet up in front of the wood burner whilst watching all your favourite programs. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to pack up a good lunch or cook an evening meal, after a day lazing by the pool. The main bathroom is off of the dining area. The two bedrooms are placed downstairs on the ground floor and offer a king size bedroom with a dressing table and TV for you to enjoy whilst next door is a twin bedroom (can be made into a super king on request) and also has a TV. Both have access to the handy Jack and Jill en suite WC.
