Electric log effect fire. Smart TV with free view & DVD player in lounge and bedroom. Launderette on site. Cot and highchair available. Access to shared indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, games room and outside play park. Swimming pool winter opening 30/10/22 10/02/23. The swimming pool, hot tub & sauna will be closed 30/10/22 10/02/23. There is a small charge for use of the sauna ( 1 for 20 minutes and hot tub ( 2 for 20 minutes). The beautiful garden has allocated garden area with garden furniture and BBQ. Complex is set in 7 acres of beautiful countryside. Parking available in the onsite car park. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 3.4 miles and beach within 5 miles. Dog friendly with dog exercise field, warm dog shower & unlimited dog towels.

Polruan, is a 2 mile walk, and offers a couple of great pubs to enjoy a Cornish lunch overlooking the harbour. From here you can take the passenger ferry and venture across to Fowey for the day with its quaint streets full of boutique shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and take lunch on its quay overlooking the spectacular harbour. Further attractions include The Eden Project (12.9 miles), The Shipwreck Centre (15 mile) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (21.4 miles). Enter into the apartment via a staircase and into an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers cosy seating for you to retreat to after a long day. Put your feet up in front of the electric fire whilst watching all your favourite programmes or taking in the views from the lounge window. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to cook a good breakfast for the day ahead. The two bedrooms are accessed off the lounge and offer a double bed with TV for you to enjoy, as well as a twin bedroom with pull down full size single bed and trundle bed (both not suitable for adults). Completing this fabulous cottage is the family bathroom. Outside is an allocated garden area with BBQ and table and chairs, the perfect spot to dine alfresco after a long day out exploring..
