Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine. Welcome pack provided. Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied). Smart TV in lounge and all bedrooms. Lawned garden with mature shrubs and plants, charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating. Private hot tub (please be advised the hot tub usage is restricted to 10pm to respect the neighbours adjoining the property). Private parking for 2 cars on driveway adjacent to the property. Beach 8 miles, shop 3 miles, golf course and restaurant 1 mile. Located next to a working farm. Sleeps 6 2 (1 sofa bed).

Cardinham Woods is a lovely spot for walking and cycling, 3 miles away. For fun family days out, you can t beat The Eden Project and Kidzworld Adventure Play (8 miles). Enjoy days out in Charlestown or Padstow, where there are lots of eateries to sample, or head to the beach for a day of sandcastle building or swimming at Carlyon bay or Par Sands, all within 20 miles. Step inside this cosy, welcoming cottage with wonderful character throughout and find space to hang up your outerwear.
