Electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler. Utility room/boot room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Welcome pack on arrival. Smart TV in each lounge and Xbox in 1 lounge. Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied). Enclosed garden complete with garden furniture and BBQ. A private chef can be provided on request and at an additional cost with wine pairing. Parking next to the property for 1 vehicle and further on street parking (subject to availability). Direct beach access, shops pubs, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. Regret no pets.

Located on the Black Isle in the Northern Highlands and close to local amenities with the village being less than a leisurely 5 minute walk (0.5 miles), the beach can be accessed directly from the house and is listed as one of the best coastal bays for wild swimming. You can also explore the Fairy Glen which is a delightful, wooded glen with two waterfalls. The village of Rosemarkie has a good choice of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Chanonry Point, just 2 miles is a popular spot to observe bottlenose dolphins and grey seals. Local Championship Golf Courses of Fortrose & Rosemarkie are all within 1 mile. This spacious cottage is stylishly decorated with excellent attention to detail. With two lounge areas, there is ample space for everyone to either play on the games console in one lounge or watch a movie in the main lounge in front of the cosy wood burner. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with seating for up to 8 people, double ovens, and wine coolers, however, if you fancy a real treat, you can arrange some private dining at home with your own chef and have the option of paired wines. The first floor encompasses two king size bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room, one super king size bedroom with a zip and link bed that can be made into twin beds on request, and a family bathroom.
