The property is situated on the outskirts of Stratton on the A3072 with easy access to both Cornwall and Devon. Sitting just three miles from Bude with its sandy beaches, sea lock, canal, restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets, banks and much, much more. It is close to a variety of lovely locations including Tintagel, Padstow, The Eden Project, Clovelly and Hartland. There are many popular attractions nearby including animal sanctuaries, adventure centres, heritage sites and leisure activities.
