Ample off road parking. 1 small/medium dog welcome must be kept on leads at all times. Beach, shops, pubs and restaurants 2.5 miles. Complex of cottages with 'Instow Farm Orange Blossom' and 'Instow Farm Cherry Blossom' on the same site, perfect for family get togethers.

Across the estuary, picturesque Appledore is well worth a visit, while further along the coastline the bustling village of Westward Ho! is home to a vast stretch of sandy beach and range of amusements. Other local attractions include Tapeley House and Gardens, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. Inside, this reverse level property boasts a spacious open plan living area on the first floor with high ceilings and exposed beams and brickwork. In the kitchen area you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and microwave, while the dining area nearby provides ample seating for entertaining. Laundry facilities can be found in a shared on site laundry room, which contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer. After a long day on the beach or exploring the countryside, the large lounge area nearby is the perfect place to unwind as it boasts a cosy wood burner and TV/DVD.
