Kitchen area: With breakfast area, gas cooker, combi microwave/oven /grill, beams and tiled floor.

Bedroom: With double bed, 3 steps leading to en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. . Gas central heating (£25per week, £15 per short break November-March). Gas, electricity (by generator), bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for multi-burner included. Garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from reservoir. . This quirky detached holiday property for two has marvellous views out over the valley and out to sea in the distance. Beautifully converted from a former hunting lodge, it has a lovely rustic feel to it. There are walks available from the door and the Offa’s Dyke footpath is nearby. There’s a sandy beach at Prestatyn and the castles at Rhuddlan and Bodelwyddan are well worth visiting. The little city of St Asaph is also nearby and day visits to Llandudno, Conwy and Chester are also possible. Beach 10 miles. Shop, pub serving food and restaurant 1 mile.

There are three internal steps in this property. Initial fuel for the woodburner included, thereafter available locally at cost. There is a natural water supply to this property from a reservoir. Up to two dogs only, to be kept on leads due to surrounding livestock. Access to this property is by a rough track. Electricity is powered by generator, which is located in a sound proof shed. There is a winter fuel supplement £25 per week and £15 per short break payable 1st November to 27th March to the owner on arrival. Please note there is no TV at this property

    different to any other holiday, for those who crave a bit of solitude and back to nature. a bit too close in some respects as we were plagued by wasps throughout our stay
