Whaley Bridge, or the Gateway to the Goyt Valley, is an attractive small town located on the edge of the Peak District National Park. At the head of the Peak Forest Canal, the area boasts pretty walks and cycle paths along the water towards Bridgemount and Buxworth. There is also an array of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops to choose from so you can stock up for your stay. The train station with links to Manchester and Buxton is a short stroll away. Step into the hallway, take off your coat and shoes and wander through to the lounge, with comfy seating for six and a TV for watching all your favourite shows.
