The master bedroom has lots of space to kick back and relax and all rooms are decorated in fresh hues, making it very light and airy. It is all on ground floor, apart from a quaint little crog loft featuring a single bed and impressive Velux window, letting in lots of natural light. Lovely views can be seen from here of the sitting/dining area which has a contemporary feel, beautifully decorated with a slate inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove. The kitchen, again, is wonderfully contemporary and well put together. Outside are steps up to a delightful garden with an abundance of different flowers and plants and a big open lawn with plenty of space for the kids to play. Why not sit out and enjoy a well-earned glass of wine whilst looking out onto pleasant, scenic hilltop views? Woodland walks can be accessed from the back garden gate, which leads to Carneddau Horseshoe, part of the Snowdonia mountain range. This is great for getting everyone out together on a long walk through the beautiful countryside. There are lots of other exciting things to do in the local area; for adrenaline seekers, there is the Bethesda Zip World, featuring the longest zip wire in Europe, not to mention Snowdon, one of the wondrous national three peaks in the UK to climb. A spectacular little cottage suitable for families or friends, with delightful, well thought out details and a homey atmosphere, you won't want to leave.
Bethesda is a small town settled beside the River Ogwen in North Wales. Situated on the A5 between Bangor and the Snowdonia National Park, Bethesda was once a busy slate quarrying town and nowadays offers a good selection of shops and other amenities, in particular a number of chapels and pubs.
