The cottage is on a small-holding run on a Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall ethos; there are sheep, bullocks, horses, chickens and Cornish black honey bees. Organic eggs usually available for sale.

Utility room with washer/dryer. Ground floor bedroom with 3 single beds. Bathroom with shower over bath. First floor bedroom 2, zip link super king bed, Juliet balcony with views. Shower room. Bedroom 3, king-size bed and en suite shower room.
Outside: Private enclosed garden with level lawn, garden furniture and barbecue area. At the end of the garden is a narrow, shallow stream.
