Few steps down from the hall to Bedroom 1, king size bed and en suite shower room. Bedroom 2, twin single beds. Bedroom 3, single bunk beds. Bathroom with hand shower over bath and separate shower.
Outside: Secluded patio with garden furniture, store and barbecue.

Tucked away in the shadow of the Norman church it enjoys a delightful unspoilt rural location and it is a pleasant stroll downhill to the beautiful sandy beaches and the passenger ferry that can take you across to Salcombe, bustling with activity during the season. This property is also pet friendly, so there's no excuse for not getting out and about and doing some serious walking. The National Trust headlands and South West Coastal Path are nearby, granting the visitor some truly spectacular views of this beautiful coastline. The village of East Prawle, with its popular pub, The Pigs Nose, provides an entertaining venue and Torcross, with its shingle beach and freshwater nature reserve and the former fishing village of Beesands, both with excellent pub/restaurants are also worth visiting.
