Once a working farm, but now a small tranquil group of properties tucked in a sheltered spot in the heart of East Prawle village, the most southerly point of Devon.
The Shippen is a spacious, detached and charming conversion providing comfortable accommodation for two people with the option of two additional adults. With the accommodation being entirely on the ground floor The Shippen is suitable for the accompanied disabled with its own ramp access and a private and secluded patios at the side and rear that provide a perfect opportunity to catch the sun.
Accommodation: Ground floor living room with wide patio doors out to patio area, double sofa-bed, TV, DVD, CD and dining area. Kitchen, electric hob, eye level oven, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher (washing machine in utility area in garage). Bedroom with twin single beds (can form double). Shower room with bidet.
Outside: Patio areas to the side and rear of the house with garden furniture and barbecue.

Both quaint and individual in its appearance, this functional Cottage makes the perfect base to explore all that Hope Cove and the surrounding areas have to offer, and with the added benefit of there being just a matter of yards between stepping out of the front door and having your feet in the sand.
Please note: Due to the steepness and setup of the stairs the property may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm.
Children need to be supervised in the garden due to unfenced boundary leading to cliffs.
