The spectacular Exbury Gardens, with its world famous Rothschild collection of rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias and rare trees, is a short stroll away and there are many excellent walks to be enjoyed along the nearby coast and in the forest. Beaulieu village with its ruined Abbey, Palace House - historic home of the Montagu family and National Motor Museum - is a short drive away, as is bustling Lymington with its waterfront, shops and marinas.
