A light airy and well-presented property which makes a delightful bolthole for couples to hideaway after a long day exploring the coast path. Fairwinds has a good size bedroom, shower room and a comfortable lounge/diner and a newly fitted galley kitchen which opens out onto the generous patio area, perfect for a sunny al fresco breakfast.
Strete is situated on the South West coast path and a fifteen minute drive from the historic naval town of Dartmouth, while Slapton Sands is a five minute drive. Strete Gate, the easterly end of the beach is accessed via a twenty minute walk on the coast path or the wide sandy beach at Blackpool Sands, with cafe and facilities is a pleasant walk or short drive towards Dartmouth. The village also boasts a popular restaurant The Laughing Monk and a village shop making it an excellent base for those wanting to explore the coast path, Slapton Nature reserve and the quaint villages and towns of this area of outstanding natural beauty.
