Step out of the front door and you are directly on the National Trust's South West Coastal Path.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Living room with underfloor heating, TV, DVD, iPod dock, CD player and wood burner. Kitchen/ dining area with ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher and dining table. Washer/dryer in outhouse. Sun room, with French doors to patio. Bedroom 1, double bed and en suite shower room. First floor: Bedroom 2, king size bed. Bedroom 3, children's bunk beds and one single bed (5ft 6in in length) TV monitor for videos. Bathroom, bath with hand shower attachment.
Outside: Patio, garden furniture, ¼ acre enclosed garden laid to lawns and flowers with tree-swings and trampoline. Sea kayak (use at own risk).
Included: Bed linen, Wifi, travel cot, booster seat, stair gate, initial basket of logs in winter, electricity, heating (electric panel heaters and under floor heating).
