Upstairs there are three large bedrooms, all with great views. The garden extends up beside the house with a terraced patio. Glintings provides a tasteful and beautifully furnished home from home, with all the creature comforts to ensure guests have a relaxing and memorable experience.

Outside: Grass terrace with garden furniture. Patio terrace with garden furniture extending up behind the cottage to a further grass area via steep steps (not recommended for use).

Perched on the hillside with magnificent views over the village of Polperro and down to the harbour, this spacious detached cottage offers a perfect retreat for a holiday in Cornwall. A lovely large, sunny living and dining room with a wood burner is a perfect place to unwind, with French doors that open out onto a lawned terrace, ideal for that early morning cup of coffee or drinks in the evening. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms, all with great views. The garden extends up beside the house with a terraced patio that encourages al fresco dining, having prepared your meal in the spacious kitchen. Polperro is one of those all year round destinations, with lovely scenic walks that meander along the coastal path and cosy inns full of atmosphere. The narrow streets, crowded around the harbour have a host of little shops selling local curios and antiques and there are several excellent restaurants and tea rooms. Then, at the end of the day Glintings provides a tasteful and beautifully furnished home from home, with all the creature comforts to ensure your stay is a relaxing and memorable experience.

Lovely lounge/diner with wooden flooring, spectacular views, woodburner stove, two leather sofas and armchair, flat screen 40 TV with Freeview and DVD and dining table to seat eight. Kitchen with shaker style units, gas hob, built-under electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dining table to seat six. Stairs up to the first floor. Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed, fitted wardrobe and dual aspect windows looking down to the harbour. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and fitted cupboard. Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds and fitted cupboard. Large family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.
Please Note: As the property is approached via a flight of steps (50 but quite shallow), this cottage is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.
Outside:
Grassed terrace to side of cottage with small garden table and chairs. Steps up to patio terrace, furnished with table and chairs to seat up to 8 (although pictured, the parasol is no longer provided). The garden also extends up behind the cottage to a further grassed area, but owing to the steepness of the steps, we would not recommend its use.
Parking: For one large car at Violet Farm, about 300 yards up the hill from the cottage (unloading possible at bottom of steps to cottage if traffic allows).
