Typical of an historic 18th century cottage, a steep narrow winding staircase leads to the first floor, with further steps up to each bedroom and bathroom from the landing. Located in the tiny hamlet of West Buckland less than a mile from the glorious sandy beach of Bantham, popular for its surfing and iconic views of Burgh Island, and a brisk walk from the fabulous Sloop Inn at Bantham, this property also provides a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding countryside and of course Dartmoor is only a short drive away.
