With fabulous views overlooking the verdant, green pastures of the Teign Valley, this cottage is perfect for an adventurous family looking to get outdoors and explore some of the fantastic activities on offer in the local area. The property is located next to the owners home and is wonderfully presented inside, the entrance halls greets you with a cheery, light open space with seating for you to take the weight off your feet after a long tiring journey. Immediately on your right is the timber floored sitting room uplifted by two luxurious cherry red sofas and a plush circular armchair. The all-white finish and double set of bi-folding doors generate a bright and airy feel. From this room, you can meander through to the king-size double, another very spacious room communicating with the rear exterior space via the patio doors. Within a 15 minute drive of the city is Sidmouth and Exmouth, and the start of the 95 mile stretch of Jurassic Coast.
