Enter the property via a hallway and you will arrive at a contemporary kitchen, with white units and black counter-tops; sitting next to a lounge/diner, which boasts an electric fire for warmth in the evening. There are a selection of books and games available for the little ones, and a DVD player, which will come in handy on a rainy day. Two bedrooms are perfect for the family to experience a good night's sleep, comprising of a bunk room with a lower double bed and upper single, and a separate double room, each complete with storage space. A shower room conveniently lies between the two. Outdoors you can you can enjoy the small garden area, bordered by an enclosed fence, and home to a decked patio with table and chairs, and a bench. On the park, there is a picnic area in amongst the mature woodland grounds, perfect for dog walking, as well as the remains of an oxbow lake, The Bishop's Pond, which draws in wildlife and boasts a lovely display of yellow waterlilies in summer. The lovely village of Llansteffan is a mile and half away from the chalet and has a beautiful beach perfect for a summer family day out. It also has some lovely walks, a castle and a selection of eateries. Carmarthenshire is known as the ‘Garden of Wales’, and the beautiful coast provides the ideal backdrop for a wide range of activities. There is excellent walking, cycling, birdwatching, fishing and golf available, as well as many country parks, show caves, gold mines, steam railways and castles to visit. Llansteffan is a lovely seaside village with its own castle ruins, post office, general store and pub serving local food. Just a short journey takes you to the county town of Carmarthen with numerous shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs, and a daily market.
