Park your car on the gravel opposite and step inside to find an open-plan living room, brought together with cosy seating and modern fixtures assisting your stay. Cosy together for a film, or play a board game at the dining table after dinner. Upstairs, a set of nicely decorated bedrooms accompany the family bathroom. Stroll to the local shop to pick up a loaf of bread, and stop off at the pub on the way back for a refreshing pint! Beautiful walks take you through glorious wildlife reserves. Kendal offers museums, shops and eateries, as well as Kendal Castle, a 12th century medieval fortress atop a glacial drumlin. Take a trip out to Lake Windermere for boat rides and further walking and cycling. This is an ideal getaway for a quality break in Cumbria.
Levens is set on a high promontory in beautiful countryside and ideally placed for exploring the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.
