There is a separate utility area housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The combined lounge and dining room is comfortably spacious, enjoying Sky TV/DVD, sofas, occasional furniture, bean bag, and a dining table that seats six. French doors lead out onto a private balcony (with small table and chairs) that looks across the beach, and towards the iconic Thurlestone Rock and nearby golf course.
