The third bedroom is on the lower, garden level and has twin beds. The property also has a fully tiled bathroom on the upper level, and a shower room at garden level. In addition, there is also a cloakroom and utility room. Perhaps most attractive to dog owners, outside the is a lovely garden with lawn, and a south facing sun terrace with table, chairs, and a barbeque. There are also parking spaces for two cars – an added bonus in this popular sailing town!
