The dining table and chairs are in a separate alcove. The kitchen is fully fitted and comprises of a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer dishwasher, washing machine / dryer and an additional breakfast table. There are three bedrooms, an en-suite master with a King-size bed, wardrobes, TV and dressing table. En-suite facilities include a bath, shower, hand basin, w.c and heated towel rail. The second is a twin with a wardrobe and the third is a single with a wardrobe. Adjacent to the second bedroom is a shower room with hand basin, heated towel rail, airing cupboard, w.c and shaver point. St Elmo residents can enjoy the exclusive use of a heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from early May to late September. There is parking for one car, however additional parking may be available during low season. Wi-Fi available. Please note: all duvets, pillows, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided. Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
