The front door leads into a light and spacious open plan living area, enjoying comfortable leather sofas and flatscreen TV unit. The dining area has a glass table that seats up to four guests. The galley-style kitchen is modern, and well equipped (including washing machine, fridge, oven and ceramic hob, and microwave), with stairs leading to the first floor. Sleeping two guests, the large and spacious bedroom enjoys views towards Dartmoor, a King-size bed and ample storage. The shower room is also on the first floor. Outside, the property boasts a large patio area (with furniture and parasol), perfect for al fresco dining. To the front of the property is parking for 1-2 cars. Free Wireless broadband is provided. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
