Stroll in to town and enjoy crabbing on the quayside with the children, or why not catch the foot passenger ferry across to the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth, for a day soaking up the sunshine and paddling in the clear waters. With miles of South West Coast Path just waiting to be explored, the area is perfect for walkers too. Orchard Barn accommodates up to five people in three bedrooms – a master en suite double bedroom, a second double room and a single room. The property also has a family bathroom and separate cloakroom. The property has a very comfortably furnished living accommodation as well. The lounge has two sofas, a flatscreen TV and DVD player, plus an open fire – perfect for cosy evenings in. There is also a door leading out to the rear courtyard, with patio furniture. Ideal for al fresco dining in the summer, this is a wonderful spot for soaking up the South Devon sunshine! The traditional cottage kitchen is a very spacious room with a dining table and chairs. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens.
