The kitchen is well equipped with a wide range of fitted units, dining table and chairs. The property sleeps four in two bedrooms, the master bedroom is fitted with a 5ft divan bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest and hand basin. Bedroom two with full-size bunk beds, mirror and chest of drawers. A large wardrobe is found in an adjoining corridor. The bathroom has a large corner bath with shower (over). Slipways is a perfect base for couples or a young family looking to explore the unspoilt sandy beaches of North Sands and South Sands, and revel in the stunning views across the estuary to East Portlemouth and Millbay.
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens.
