On the ground floor is an open-plan living, kitchen and dining room. Spend your evening keeping up to date with all your favourite shows and enjoying quality family time from the cosy corner sofa. The kitchen has a wonderful set of light units coinciding with the amber tiled flooring, as well as plenty of counter space to prepare all types of home cooked meals. There is a dining area with seating for up to eight people, a wonderful social space for the whole family to dine together. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one family room with a king-size bed and two singles and one bunk bed, guaranteed to give you a lovely night's sleep. On the second floor is a lovely king-size bedroom. There is a fitted bathroom where you can relax and have a luxurious soak in the tub with a glass of wine and a good book to wash off the tiring events of the day. A separate second WC is found next to the bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio area with a picnic bench, perfect for enjoying a snack or a refreshing drink in the afternoon sun. Salcombe is home to a number of sandy beaches, including North Sands, South Sands and East Portlemouth, all of which can be accessed via passenger ferry.
