The town centre of Weymouth has an excellent combination of high street and independent shops as well as ten pin bowling and a nine screen cinema. The Harbour and pretty Hope Square is edged by tea shops, cafes and restaurants, all of which are just a short stroll away over the town bridge. Sit and watch the town bridge which rises to let boats through to the inner marina, The traditional harbourside has a numerous places to dine, from traditional fish & chips to fine restaurants specialising in Dorset produce and local fish.
