The bathroom is on the ground floor. The cottage still has its original staircase – steeper than most – leading to two cosy bedrooms. A tiny but charming courtyard (as shown in photos) at the rear of the property provides space for the table and chairs where you can sit to enjoy a drink in the evenings. Even though the cottage is quite small, it contains everything you might need during your stay in Weymouth holidaying. The popular Brewers Quay and Hope Square is a short walk away with array of restaurants, pubs and cafes will allow you to enjoy a drink in the sun or get a warming drink cosy by a fireplace in winter. Cross the Hope Square and you will reach the Old Harbour with several yachts and fishing boats returning from a fishing or sightseeing trip. You may see some crabbers along the harbour, if you fancy, why not to join them and have a fabulous afternoon with your kids. In only a few minutes you will reach bustling town centre with a lot of restaurants, shops and pubs as well. The main beach is not too far away which has sand perfect for making castles and shallow waters for bathing. Take a stroll along the harbour, Brewers Quay and the town centre, venture further along the promenade to Bowleaze cove popular with water sports enthusiasts. A lovely day out with family would be a visit to world-famous Monkey World, The Tank Museum or Sealife centre. Pixie cottage is a wonderful retreat in the bustling town centre of Weymouth for couples or young families.
