Patio doors lead from the living and dining room onto a balcony, a great place for relaxing and enjoying a little alfresco dining lulled by the sound of the sea. Steps down from the balcony lead onto the large enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. The close proximity to the sea is reflected in the nautical decor of Capenhurst. To the front of the house is a cove full of rock pools - perfect for crabbing with the children.
