A pretty single storey holiday cottage in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Seamist has a cosy sitting room with a stove for the cooler months, three bedrooms, delightful garden and parking. Ideal for two couples or a family looking to spend a few days on the Suffolk coast with all the amenities close at hand. Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs. Sleeps: 5 in 3 bedroomsBeds: 1 x king size bed, 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed with pull out bed, Accommodation is all on one level Sitting room: open fireplace. Sofa and two armchairs, footstool. Kitchen: galley style, electric double oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.Conservatory: dining table, five chairs for five, door to the garden.Bedroom 1: double bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, French doors with a step down into the garden.Bedroom 2: king sized bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, Bedroom 3: single bed with pull out bed, armchair and wardrobe.Shower room: shower, WC and handbasin, shaver point, towel rail. Entertainment: TV and DVD player,For Families: travel cot and highchair available.Outside: rear garden with lawn, shed, garden furniture.Parking: off street parking for one car in hammerhead parking area.General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Gas central heating. A small basket of logs will be provided for guests arriving November-March. No smoking. Pets: one well-behaved dog welcome, but please make sure they do not go on the furniture. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee.
