A beautifully restored spacious family home. Rokeby Lodge has a lovely open living area, four bedrooms and delightful private courtyard garden. The interior is coastal style, reflecting its location with views of the lighthouse and sea. A delightful seaside escape for nine guests. Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs. First floor:Master Bedroom: king sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV.Bedroom 2: 4' 6" double bed. single bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps, hand basin. decorative fireplace.Half landing: separate WC with hand basin.Family bathroom: bath with shower over. WC, hand basin, heated towel rail. Second floor:Bedroom 3: 5' king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, built in wardrobe.Ensuite shower room: WC and hand basin. Bedroom 4: bunk bedded room with storage, views of the Lighthouse and sea. Entertainment: TV with freeview. CD player/radio.For Families:Outside: private courtyard garden with table and chairs. Outside loo in brick outbuilding.Parking: available on the street close to the house.General: WiFi. Bed linen, towels and all energy costs are included. The cottage is centrally heated with two additional wood-burning stoves. A small basket of logs will be provided for guests arriving November-March. No smokingPets: one small well behaved dog is welcome but must be kept on the ground floor. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee.
