Stamford Bridge 2.4 miles. Dating back to when Full Sutton Hall was built and forming the east side of the court yard the Coach House was constructed to originally provide stabling for horses and garaging for two horse drawn coaches, together with living accommodation for the groom. It has seen many changes since then, but is now a comfortable two-bedroom house, with a downstairs large bedroom with en-suite. On the first floor there is a fully fitted modern kitchen/dining room, with views over the grounds to the front of Full Sutton Hall. There is a modern luxury bathroom with shower and corner bath, and a spacious lounge with a wood burning stove fitted. There is a “smart” TV fitted with an Amazon Firestick generation 2 for extensive viewing channels and films to stream. There is a second double bedroom on this floor. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building and grounds. Access is via a gated driveway and there is dedicated parking for two vehicles. Access from the parking area into a securely fenced orchard and large lawned area, with outside table and chairs, loungers and a large barbeque and floodlight to enable those extended al fresco evenings.
