The open views and countryside are a breath of fresh air, wrapped around the property for a peaceful atmosphere. Families can make the most of the scenery and relax amongst the neatly arranged interior. Enter to the back of the property, and a utility room leads over to a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy and delightful place to prepare those home-cooked meals. Just off from this, a dining room lies to the side, with wooden seating and a view that looks out to the warm and inviting garden area. Moving through to the hallway, a classically finished bathroom holds both a bath and shower, carrying a serene feel from start to finish. Next you will come to a double bedroom, layered with a lovely print, and wall art for an added touch. A twin bedroom is elevated by a splash of colour, charming furniture, and completed with flowery curtains. Towards the front of the cottage, a luxury sitting room boasts two blue couches, and is uplifted by an open fire. This sweeps over to a conservatory, providing extra space to embrace quiet time, drawing in the beautiful views from outside. Step outside and you will be welcomed by hillside views, trees and open sky. Sit back and admire the landscape, or take a stroll in the surrounding countryside as guests are welcome to access walks across the surrounding sheep farm. Situated in the Sperrins, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there are walks and cycle rides to enjoy. The nearby Davagh Forest offers mountain bike routes and trails to entertain everyone, or visit the famous Beaghmore Stone Circle which dates back to the Bronze Age.
