After a day of exploring the magnificent Mourne Mountains, you will look forward to returning to Callaghan's heart-warming sitting room, which is dominated by an alluring open fire. The second twin bedroom boasts floral bed linen and sits next to a handy shower room, while a separate cloakroom lies conveniently opposite. There aren't many better ways to enjoy this serene rural location than to sit on the picnic benches outside with a drink and simply taking it all in. The excellent amenities of Kilkeel are within walking distance; this fishing port provides a fine selection of places to eat, drink and shop. The seaside resort of Newcastle is a short drive up the coast, whilst a trip inland will take you to the beautiful city of Newry which is more than worth the 18-mile drive. A welcoming, cosy cottage perfect for a break in Northern Ireland.

Kilkeel is a fishing port on the Down coast, hosting a 14th century church and laying south of the Mourne Mountains. The town boasts a marina and a wealth of amenities. A short drive up the coast will take you to Newcastle, a seaside resort with entertainment and much to see Inland is the city of Newry with sightseeing and shopping. Belfast is further afield, packed with culture and attractions.
