Comfortable and welcoming inside, the accommodation is set over three floors. This is a brilliant base for which to enjoy this part of Anglesey with ts gorgeous beaches, coves and fab places to eat and drink. Happy holidays are assured at Gull House! The large kitchen is well equipped with large Range oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Dulce Gusto coffee maker and microwave. From here you can lead into the dining area which has a table and chairs, ideal for meals with the whole group. There is also access to the garage from here with an additional fridge, washing machine and dryer. The sitting room has a mix of comfy seating and plenty of space to cosy up in front of the fire. In the summer you can always open the large French doors that take you out onto the rear patio and let the fresh air flow through. There is a cloakroom on the ground floor with loo with hand basin. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an ensuite with shower, loo and wash hand basin. There is also a spacious bunk room with two sets of standard bunk beds and a TV. Also on this floor is a family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, loo and hand basin. The second floor has a master bedroom with super king bed ensuite with shower, loo and hand basin. Outside is a small and sweet enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture that can be accessed from two sides of the house. The location of Gull House on the western coast of Anglesey on Holy Island is just fab! Visit South Stack Lighthouse and RSPB Nature Reserve. There’s also the Breakwater Country Park, the coastal footpath and many brilliant little coves and sandy beaches. Choose from Trearddur Bay, Rhosneigr or Church Bay. Whether you want a relaxed or action-packed holiday in North Wales, this is the holiday house for you!
Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
