The decor, fabrics, furnishing and art work add a real sense of comfort and luxury. The feel of the house continues outside with the with patios, balcony and terrace - you will always be able to find a sunny spot! Trearddur Bay is a firm family favourite with its Blue Flag beaches, excellent selection of water sports and delicious eateries. The Rise is a great, relaxing home for your holiday. A great space with everything you could possibly need such as an electric oven, induction hob, steam oven, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar. You can find the washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage. There is a snug located between the dining room and kitchen with a sofa and wide selection of books, games and DVD’s. The dining room has a table and chairs for 8, the doors also open on to the rear patio. The sitting room has sofas, chairs, gas fire, smart tv with Now TV and Netflix, the patio doors here open to the front terrace where there is garden furniture. There are four bedrooms at this property, king size en-suite with walk-in wardrobe and large balcony with views towards the beach. Stairs from the hallway lead to 4 bedrooms. Master en-suite bedroom with super king size bed and walk in wardrobe. The en-suite contains a shower, WC and wash hand basin. There is also a large balcony with views towards the beach. There is another double bedroom with king size bed and Juliet balcony with views towards the beach. There are also two twin rooms. The family bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and wash hand basin. There is also a ground floor WC with hand basin. There is a lovely rear garden to the rear with a seating area. To the front is a drive with room for two cars.
Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
