A stylish apartment in a stunning location… Portside is the perfect coastal bolthole with awesome sea views offering stylish contemporary accommodation for four guests. The two double bedrooms both have ensuites, the living space is great with French doors onto the balcony - kick off your shoes and take in the sea air. This popular first floor apartment has a 5* VisitEngland accreditation and is just a stone’s throw from the beach. The village of Seahouses has everything you need, just a short walk away. Portside is a great base for exploring this beautiful area - visit the Farne Islands to observe the seabirds and the colony of Grey Seals. 3 miles north is the impressive Bamburgh Castle which clings to a rocky outcrop, and it’s just 5 miles to Holy Island and Lindisfarne (accessible at low tide along the causeway). Just south of Seahouses is Beadnell Bay with its unique west facing harbour for sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving. Good golfing (0,.5 miles), fishing and horse riding available locally. Please note, week long breaks can only take place Friday-Friday. Size: sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms Beds: 2 x super king beds/4 x single beds. Accommodation A security protected communal front door leads to a staircase to the first floor. Living room: large "L" shape sofa/chaise and winged chair, coffee table, Smart TV, Freeview and Netflix, CD/Radio/ Ipod Dock, Wifi. Balcony with sea views. Bedroom 1: super king bed (can be configured as twin beds). En-suite: bath with shower over wash hand basin and WC. Bedroom 2: twin beds (can be configured as super king double bed). En-suite: shower, wash hand basin and WC. Entertainment: Smart TV providing both Freeview TV and Netflix TV for films and tv on demand. Bring your smartphone, tablet, game station or laptop and plug in, (no DVD player). Pets: one well behaved small non-shedding dog @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. Your pet should not be left in the property unattended or allowed on the furniture.
