Moving through the property, you will find an appealing cream-coloured kitchen fully-equipped to rustle up delicious home-made family meals in, with an electric oven and hobs, an integrated fridge freezer, and microwave, toaster, and kettle. The property is within a short distance to the coastal village of Aberporth which attracts visitors year after year with its fabulous seascape scene, with small boats, canoeing, and kayaking activities, as well as dolphin spotting, which is best in the summer months. Close to the beach, the town offers an array of wonderful eateries, including a fish and chip shop, pub, and a small seaside cafe. The bustling town of Cardigan is not far from the property, which boasts a superb array of restaurants, pubs, tea rooms, markets, and shops to explore. Aberporth is a small town that sits on the southern edge of Cardigan Bay in Ceredigion, renowned for it's fabulous beaches that attract visitors, all year round. There are two beaches that sit between the rocky headlands of Trecregyn and Fathgarreg, separated by a smaller rocky outcrop. Uniquely, at low tide they interlink, but at high tide, they create individual beaches and create great rock pools for the children to play in and explore. Small boats, canoes, and kayaks can easily be launched from the north beach, while the south beach lends itself beautifully for a spot of sunbathing. Close to the beaches, there is a small seaside café, fish and chip shop, and a friendly pub serving good food and drinks. In the village itself, there is a range of shops and takeaway stores. Nestled directly on the famous Wales Coast Path, between the towns of Cardigan in the south, and Llangrannog and New Quay to the north, it is a great base for exploring this glorious stretch of coastline.
