The hallway also leads to a the open plan kitchen/ dining room which seats up to five people overlooking the rear garden. The well-equipped kitchen with its granite work surfaces and original Yorkshire stone floors, has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, plus a built-in wine rack and a washing machine and dryer. It is open plan with the dining room and leads to a small garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. To the front is a good-size family bedroom with double bed and a single bed. The master bedroom has sea views and a 6′ super king bed. The house bathroom is tiled in quality white and blue Delft tiles with a bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin plus an electric shaver socket in-built into the over-basin mirror. Outside is a small lawn and planted borders with shrubs and plants plus a flagged terrace with a table and chairs.
