The ancient market town of Helston is just 3 miles away and the long sandy beaches at Praa Sands and Marazion are within a 20 minute drive and both offer watersport tuition and equipment hire. Experience the majestic St Michael's Mount, a mystical island which protrudes from the glistening sea. At high tide take the ferry across to the tiny harbour or enjoy the adventure by foot and walk the narrow cobbled causeway at low water. Continue around the coast and discover bustling Penzance and en-route to Land's End, the drama and romance of the open-air Minack Theatre, cut from the granite cliff face and jutting precariously seawards - a must-see location!
