To the back of the property is the gleaming kitchen, with white fittings and glossy dark worktops, there is a good range of appliances and plenty of room for more than one chef to work some culinary magic. A dining room lies at the front of the house, with a stylish glass table, but if the weather is behaving then you can dine outside in the enclosed patio and garden to make the most of the warm weather. Head into Crantock village for a drink at the main pub, the Old Albion, a 400-year-old thatched building, and visit the St Carantocus church displaying an intricately carved wooden screen inside, and built on land that has been considered holy since the 5th century. Crantock Beach provides a long stretch of golden sands backed by sand dunes, and is popular for all the usual activities of swimming, surfing, and wind-surfing, with option to hire canoes and equipment on the beach. Just a few miles up the road is Newquay, the bustling Cornish town, where you can find excitement in the evening with restaurants and eateries and a lively nightlife scene, whilst in the day time you can find some of the best waves coming off the The Cribbar. Trevowah Cottage is a lovely retreat for enjoying the countryside, coast and nearby busy towns, with something for everyone to enjoy.

Crantock is a pretty coastal village in Cornwall, just two miles south-west of the surfer haven Newquay. The villages history dates back to 460AD when a group of Irish settled there, and it has now become a dream location to holiday in, with tranquil countryside and friendly community amenities, whilst still within reach of all the popular Cornish sights. Hosting several shops, pubs and cafes you have access to all the essentials and more.
